Airyn’s House does not depend on owners donating inventory. Participation is coordinated through Airinn. Owners and property managers remain in control of how they operate, and participating owners are paid their standard rate for eligible stays.
As the property network grows, Airyn’s House has more potential locations where restorative stays can happen. Not every property is obligated to host an Airyn’s House stay.

This is not a property-donation form. Submitting it simply starts a conversation about participation. When an eligible hero books, the owner is paid their standard rate...just like any other guest.

Airyn’s House funds the stay from your donation. Airinn covers the nonprofit’s operating costs separately: staff, software, processing fees, everything. Nothing skimmed, nothing redirected.

Long before either organization existed, Landon spent years in real estate across Texas and Colorado as an agent, investor, builder, developer, and short-term rental owner. Real estate had been good to him, and one of his goals was always to use that success to give something back to the people who spend so much of their lives serving others.
Teachers. First responders. Pastors and church staff. Veterans and military families. Medical professionals. Nonprofit workers. Caregivers. Single parents. People who rarely get the opportunity to stop, breathe, and be taken care of themselves.

One guest changed the question
One guest helped turn that idea into something more concrete.
A woman staying at one of Landon’s short-term rentals was dealing with a serious domestic violence situation. The property gave her a temporary place to land without immediately establishing a new permanent address, transferring utilities, or creating many of the other complications that can come with trying to find safety.
It changed the way Landon thought about what a short-term rental could be.
For much of his career, the question had been how to make a property perform better.
He began asking another question:
“What else can this property do for someone?”
That idea became Airyn’s House
Airyn’s House provides restorative stays for people who spend their lives serving their families and communities. The recipient receives the stay, the property owner is paid, and Airinn covers the nonprofit’s operating costs so donated dollars can stay focused on the mission.
That structure is intentional.
Landon did not want generosity to depend on asking an owner to sacrifice the value of their investment. He wanted to build a system where the property could perform well for the owner while also creating opportunities to serve someone else.
